Loretta A. Healy, Esq. is an executive vice president and corporate counsel for the firm utilizing her nearly two decades of experience in corporate law, securities regulation, mergers and acquisitions and crisis management. As an account manager for banking, asset management, investment banking and technology companies, Loretta provides guidance and counsel to direct their corporate and crisis communications.
Before joining The Hubbell Group in 1996, Loretta was corporate securities attorney in the Boston firm of at Glovsky, Tarlow & Milberg LLP, served in the Massachusetts Securities Division working in both the corporate finance and enforcement divisions. An accomplished seamstress, Loretta enjoys, golf, skiing and snowboarding with her daughter and husband.
